Michelle de Kretser’s sixth novel won the 2019 Christina Stead Prize for Fiction at the NSW Premier’s Literary Awards on 29 April. Set in Sydney and Sri Lanka, it examines the stories we tell ourselves, and how writers borrow from, and transform, experience.

Marlon James Black Leopard Red Wolf: Volume 1 of the Dark Star Trilogy
The new novel from the Man Booker Prize-winning author of A Brief History of Seven Killings. Tracker is a hunter who always works alone, but when he is hired to find a lost child, he finds himself part of a group of strange and dangerous companions all looking for the same boy.
