From growing up in rural New South Wales in the 1950s and 60s, escaping the Aboriginal Welfare Board, to the streets of Sydney’s Redfern, Jimmy Sharman’s boxing tents, rugby league, professional boxing, the first Aboriginal Tent Embassy and present-day struggles.
